At Limitlessli, our application process includes several steps to ensure we select the best candidates. Applicants undergo prescreening and are interviewed by at least two recruiters. Candidates must provide three references. When necessary, Limitlessli requires candidates to take an English exam and skills test. Applicants must also submit documentation such as proof of identity and professional licenses. All Limitlessli staff are scrubbed monthly against OFAC and FBI lists as well as Medicaid and Medicare exclusion lists.

From the first day of employment, staff members are eligible for health-related reimbursements. This benefit extends to family members after one year of employment.

Limitlessli values a work-life balance. To that end, we encourage weekend downtime and physical activity. After 3 months with Limitlessli, all staff receive 10 paid no-service days per year, which can be used at their discretion. This increases to 12 days per year after the first year.

Limitlessli encourages our staff members to reach their full potential. In addition to training courses, we conduct performance reviews every six months to ensure staff members are on the right track. We also perform yearly appraisals.

At Limitlessli, our high achievers receive the recognition and incentives they deserve. We motivate our staff with financial and other incentives to reward good performance.

Whether through a specific act of kindness or exceptional hard work, we acknowledge those who exceed expectations. We recognize “Rising Stars” among our new staff members and present monthly awards to staff members who truly shine.

Working from home can sometimes feel lonely, but at Limitlessli, we create a sense of togetherness. We recognize birthdays, work anniversaries, host Zoom meetups with pizza, and invite staff families to Limitlessli events. We also host physical meet-ups in different countries around the world. Our goal is to make everyone feel part of our global family.

Limitlessli reimburses USRNs for renewing their nursing licenses if they commit to working for an additional year and RNs if they commit to an additional nine months.
