Partner

Saul brings a wealth of experience to Limitlessli from his background as a nursing home administrator. In 2009, Saul co-founded, together with some other incredible industry insiders,  what was to become one of the country’s largest and most successful long-term care pharmacies, disrupting the “business as usual” service model.  Saul contributes his expertise, experience, and industry knowledge to develop Limitlessli’s client offerings, strategically. A respected thought leader, he actively shares his insights at industry conferences and in publications. 

Andy Behr

Partner

Andy brings over twenty-five years of expertise in assisting small businesses with their expansion efforts and aiding larger companies in restructuring to achieve growth and enhanced ROI. As Chief Operating Officer at Citybook, she transformed operations and revamped the management hierarchy, propelling the company to significant growth and establishing it as a key employer in the Anglo-Israeli community within just five months. In her role as Chief of Staff at WEEL, Andy played a pivotal role in doubling the company’s workforce within a short time frame. At OurCrowd, she led a global sales team to achieve outstanding results, further showcasing her ability to drive success across diverse business landscapes.

Avi Turkel

Chief Technology Officer

Avi is an experienced technology professional, managing comprehensive technology stacks, and driving automation and mentoring initiatives to boost back-office operations and employee performance. As CTO at Clarity Capital, he led significant advancements in technology infrastructure and business analysis. Before that, Avi served at Goldman, Sachs & Co. for 17 years, where he excelled in various roles, notably as Vice President, providing consultancy services to hedge fund clients on technology infrastructure and cyber security. As the CTO for Limitlessli, Avi has engineered a scalable technology framework tailored for enterprise clients and their international off-site teams, ensuring both security and efficiency at the core of operations.

Yvonne Rickert

Chief Operating Officer

Yvonne brings over 30 years of executive level leadership experience to her role at Limitlessli. She served as a key member of the senior living executive leadership team for multiple community portfolios including Life Plan, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Hospitals, and Therapy.
In her previous roles, Yvonne has led recruitment operations for organizations with thousands of employees. At HealthPro-Heritage, she implemented cutting-edge recruitment strategies, including transitioning to cloud-based platforms like ICIMs and UKG, to streamline the candidate experience. Her efforts significantly reduced turnover rates and increased hiring efficiencies. Yvonne plays a key role in helping Limitlessli deliver exceptional staffing solutions for healthcare organizations.

Megan McCullough

VP of Strategic Sales Growth

With a strong grasp of industry dynamics and a collaborative leadership approach, Megan leads forward-thinking sales initiatives and cultivates strategic partnerships that fuel growth. She holds a Doctorate in Health Science and has previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Business Development at HealthPRO Heritage. At Limitlessli, She draws on her extensive background to expand service offerings and align growth strategies with the company’s mission to deliver exceptional healthcare staffing solutions.

Shelly Patton

VP of Strategic Sales Growth
Shelly Patton brings over 30 years of healthcare experience, including 23 in long-term care. Formerly National Director of Sales and Marketing at Polaris Group, she led strategic planning, sales operations, and enterprise relationship management. Known for her strength in analytics and long-term planning, Shelly now brings her deep expertise to Limitlessli—fostering partnerships and advancing our mission to deliver impactful healthcare staffing solutions nationwide.

Mary-Beth Newell

SVP Clinical Reimbursement
Mary-Beth Newell brings over 25 years of experience in post-acute consulting and leadership, including executive roles in clinical operations and reimbursement. She is passionate about clinical excellence, evidence-based programming, improving 5-star ratings, and ensuring reimbursement reflects the care delivered.
Her strengths in analysis, critical thinking, and creativity have driven multimillion-dollar growth in case mix and Medicare revenue. A respected speaker and educator, she has presented at state and national conferences and testified twice at the California State Capitol on skilled nursing issues.

Ja’Nika Hamilton

SVP Clinical Reimbursement

Ja’Nika Hamilton brings over a decade of experience in long-term care, with deep expertise in MDS, reimbursement strategy, and regulatory compliance. As SVP of Clinical Reimbursement at Limitlessli, she supports clinical teams across multiple facilities, ensuring accurate documentation and financial performance. Known for her hands-on leadership, Ja’Nika has a proven track record of improving quality measures, training staff, and driving operational success in skilled nursing and post-acute care environments.

David Apfelbaum

Operations

David Apfelbaum is accomplished in Operations with extensive experience in the medical and financial sectors. He has a proven track record of building relationships, managing diverse teams, and designing impactful strategies to drive organizational success. At DocProbe/CityBook, David increased efficiency through data analysis, team training, and CRM enhancement. As Director of Sales and Business Development at Stacking Chairs Direct, he expanded market reach and developed new business opportunities. With Limitlessli’s rapid growth internationally, David’s multi-level skill set is an invaluable asset. 

Viola Nunez

Senior Operations Manager

As a skilled Operations Manager with a background in healthcare staffing and analytics, Viola oversees client interactions, trains and manages new Operations Managers, and collaborates with recruitment teams to ensure efficient hiring and onboarding processes. Previously, Viola managed a large team at EXL Health, implementing process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and quality. Viola’s strategic approach and dedication to operational excellence significantly contribute to the success of Limitlessli.

Rachael Vergara

Culture Strategist

As HR Manager at Limitlessli, Rachael manages a dedicated team and oversees the company’s greatest asset: its people. She strives to foster a family atmosphere and keeps the globally situated staff engaged through creative initiatives. Before her current role, Rachael spent over 6 years as a team lead, specializing in fostering engagement and nurturing client relationships. She also has 3 years of experience in Operations Management, where she developed and implemented policies, optimized call center staffing, and collaborated with the talent acquisition team. 

Grace Rabino

Senior Operations Specialist

With over 20 years of experience in operations management, Grace Rabino oversees key initiatives at Limitlessli, driving process improvements and supporting cross-functional teams to meet business goals. Previously Vice President of Operations, she managed 500+ FTEs and oversaw business development, financial performance, and client success. Grace has also held leadership roles at Infosys BPM, Conduent, Micro sourcing, and Arvato Services, with a focus on automation, IT support, and workforce development.

Ajay Kumar

Director of Operations, Remote Services

As Director of Operations, Ajay successfully manages a diverse staff of 60 who serve clients in various roles, including billing, telehealth, nursing, and more. He also acts as a client liaison, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. Previously, Ajay managed onshore teams at Central Jersey Physical Therapy, where he oversaw productivity, quality, and payroll. At Rystems, he led the Operations and Quality Team in revenue cycle management, focusing on process improvement and automation. At Limitlessli, Ajay’s goal-oriented approach, effective communication skills, and ability to manage change have consistently driven operational excellence.
